Greece: Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the age of 60. Predeceased by his wife, Jeanne and mother-in-law Carol Phillips. Richard is survived by his parents, Richard & Joyce Pagano; siblings, Debra (Barry) Amorese, Sharon (Mark) Magro, Thomas Pagano (Robin Sossong); step-sons, Joseph Phillips, Ricki Roberts; father-in-law, George Phillips; sister-in-law, Sue (Dan) Lynch, several nieces and nephews.
His family will receive friends Sunday, December 1, 4:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where his funeral service will be held Monday, December 2, 10:00 am. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice.
