I moved in next door to Jeanne in April of 2016. I had just purchased my first home, and could not have gotten a better neighbor than Jeanne. From Day 1, she would always wave or say hello, and I would see her outside with Corky everyday. As I slowly began decorating and sprucing up the place, she would never hesitate to lend a compliment, even offering to let me use her garbage pick-up if I ever needed it. I'll never forget the day I came home to my driveway being dug up by the water department because of an unforeseen issue. They asked if I could connect to a neighbor's water for the night, so I would be able to use the bathroom and shower; I knew immediately I could ask Jeanne.
To say I'll miss Jeanne is an understatement, she was a fixture on our street and one of the best neighbors anyone could ask for.
