She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Angelo) Jocolano, Beverly Dean and Laura Dean; grandchildren, Christopher (Beth) Jocolano, Jennifer Jocolano, Thomas Jackson, William Wright and Angela Paxhia; great-grandchildren, Lauren Roy, Madison and Kelsea Jocolano; sisters, Teresa Livingstone and Amelia Cheseborough; sisters-in-law, Patricia Marotta and Millie Formicola; nieces and nephews. Connie was owner of Connie's Warehouse and Dean Tax Service.
Her family will receive friends SUNDAY 12-2 PM at the funeral home .Memorial Service immediately following visitation. Private Interment Riverside Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm 99 Victor Rd. Fairport NY 14450 or Hildebrandt Hospice Center 2652 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, NY 14626 in her memory.
