Webster – Ruth, 86, passed away Sunday April 12th. She was predeceased by her great grandson, Jack Heiligman. Survived by her children Dan (Sharon) Heiligman, Tom Heiligman, Diane (Edgar) White, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and sister June Baller. Memorial contributions may be made to The Jack Foundation, c/o Rochester Area Community Foundation, 500 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607.
