Przyklek-Jedrzejek, Katharina I Rochester: Friday, May 22, 2020. Katharina is survived by her son, Henry (Letha) Przyklek; daughters, Rosemary (Thomas Tieppo) Przyklek, Karen (Pam Bonacci) Przyklek; stepson, Joseph (Chris) Jedrzejek; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, numerous nieces, nephews and relatives in Germany and Poland. Katharina was born one of 10 children in Bielau, Germany in 1929. She emigrated to America in 1954, and settled in Rochester. She married Jerzy (George) Przyklek in 1957, had three children and became widowed in 1972. She was a retiree of Bittker Caterers after 37 years of service. She married Tadeusz (Ted) Jedrzejek in 1997 and they remained married until his death in 2009. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, singing, dancing and attending Mass at St Stanislaus Kostka Church. She worked very hard all her life and enjoyed time spent with her family. A mass and interment will be held privately. Due to COVID-19 a memorial mass will be held at ST.
