I (Don) have fond memories of Sam with all the cousins hanging out together, especially during the Brantford days. He will be missed very much. Tavane and I pray for the peace that can only come from the God of all comfort during this time. Jesus gave many promises and this was one of them "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." But first we must grieve and remember Sam, in the same way that Jesus wept over death when his close friend Lazarus died. But we take comfort knowing Jesus conquered death for us all. Uncle Sam I know you're no longer suffering that's the only comfort I find in all of this you fought like a champ and you fought hard!.
