Joseph R. Sidoti

Rochester: Lawyer, Actor and Playwright, runner up to worlds most interesting man, unexpectedly exited stage right on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the age of 85. He is survived by his children, Robert (Melissa), John, Lisa (Chris Hughto) Kozak, and Paul Sidoti; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; niece, Susan (Simone Waddell) Sidoti; brother, Frank (Betty); mother of his children, Loraine Bibby, as well as, many other family members and friends.

Joe graduated from Aquinas H.S. and Albany Law School. Joe retired from the NYS Appellate Division. He enjoyed writing novels, plays and was active in theatre and arts. Joe was an avid golfer and a longtime member of Penfield C.C. Joe hosted his extended family and friends, every Sunday morning for many years.

His family will receive friends Friday, October 9, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Services and Interment will be held in private.
