Remembering our wonderful time together, with Grandma Jo, at the 40th Anniversary (2015) of the Stitchin' Post in Sisters, Oregon. We had a wonderful outside lunch, on the patio together, at Jenn's Garden (now, called the Cottonwood). We "cheered" that warm day with glasses of champagne together. The City of Sisters was closed down to car traffic and it was so delightful to walk the streets of Sisters, together, to view ALL the magnificent quilts on display. Every street had many beautiful quilts gently blowing in the wind, like flags waving to us. This pleasant day in Sisters, Oregon, will always remind me of Grandma Jo. Our thoughts and hearts are with all of you at this time. Lots of Love, Philip & Kathi Pridemore

Sympathy and condolences to the family of Johanna Scannell. I will never forget our trip to Sisters, Oregon for the Outdoor Quilt showcase in 2015! I knew Johanna through quilting, I met her at the Henrietta Quilt Club and then she joined my small Wednesday group. She was a joy to be with and I was sorry to have lost touch when she moved from her apartment. I have thought about her many times in the last couple years, I am sorry for your loss. With all her physical challenges, she always had a smile and brought joy to our get togethers. Chris Bustard
