Eugen Loj

Spencerport: Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the age of 85. Eugen is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Maria; two daughters, Tamara and Katherine; his granddaughter, Alexandra; his sister-in-law Mary; and nephews Eugene and Mark.

Eugen was born August 25, 1935, in the Ukraine. He emigrated to America in 1957 through Germany and Brazil. On September 3, 1961 he married Maria Fesenko in Trenton, NY. Eugen was very proud of his Ukrainian heritage, was an avid gardener, and a passionate soccer enthusiast.

No prior calling hours. Eugen's Divine Liturgy will be held Friday, December 18, 10:00 am at St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Church.
