Ontario: Thursday, January 14, 2021 at age 69. Predeceased by his parents, Gerald and Dorothy Cook and brothers, Michael and Robert. Poppy is survived by his wife, Sue Cook; children, Charles (Benjamin) Cook, Suzanne (Joseph) Bellanca, James (Jaclyn) Cook, Kevin (Sara) Cook; step-children, Gary (Tamie) Harrington, Thomas (Deb) Harrington; grandchildren, Maxwell, Allison, Grace, Nicholas, Samantha, Abigail, Andrew, Trevor, Porsha, Carrera; siblings, Mary Newman, Carol Cook, Richard Cook; sisters-in-law, Ida Cook and Barbara Cook; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

His family will receive friends Thursday, January 21, 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Services and interment will be held privately.
