Irondequoit: Went home to The Lord January 25, 2021. Pre-deceased by her husband, Charles (Chuck), parents Mary and James France, mother and father-in-law, Nancy and Charles Tisa, sister, Patty Mistretta. She is survived by her sons, Charles III (Mary), Thomas (Carly), and David; grandchildren, Bethany (Derek), Brianna, Jason, Brian, Moriah, Tommy, and Alivia; sister, Eunice (Louis) Leone, brothers-in-law, Steve (Mimi) Tisa, Thomas (Ann) Tisa; sister-in-law, Maria (Doug) Knapp; nieces and nephews.

Chicky was a life long member of The Christian Apostolic Church where her husband served as Pastor till his death. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, January 31, 2-5 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), Chicky's family invites all to join her privately held Service by livestream at 9:55 am on Monday, February 1st. through the Paul W.
