Janet F.Schmidt age 74 Formerly of Rochester, NY and currently residing in Reidsville, GA passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021. Mrs. Schmidt was predeceased by her parents, Russell K. Schmidt and Florence Ott Schmidt, Sister; Elma Ellis, and half sisters Beverly LeBoo, and Joyce Johnson. Janet is survived by her husband, Arthur Crume Sr., Children; Vicki Schmidt, Dr. Joanne Schmidt, and their father Sam Moore. Son; John F. Schmidt, and her step-son, Arthur Crume, Jr. Grandchildren, John C. Schmidt, Priya Matos, Jaelin Taylor, Adrien Matos, Jhavon Schmidt, Sade Hurley. Great-grandson; Kai Schmidt. Numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Janet retired as a City of Rochester employee. In her free time, Janet enjoyed gardening, drawing, and traveling. She had a great love of all types of music. She started "Gospel Legends Hi-Lights" social media group which has 4k followers.

Friends are invited to call at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) on Thursday, April 8, from 10AM to Noon. Funeral Service will follow calling hours at Noon. Interment will take place in Mt.
