To the Paprocki family, I grew up with Ryan as he lived down the street. I will always cherish the memories we made as kids together and times throughout our high school years. Ryan was one of the most genuine and authentic human beings I ever had the pleasure to know. I see now he continued on being a devoted father, husband, and public servant. I am deeply sorry for the emptiness he will leave behind as a son, brother, husband, and friend. My prayers are for all of you to help support your loss.
