I have fond memories of Bill from when he served as a medic with NEQALS. Bill was always very upbeat, professional, compassionate and a damn good ALS Tech. I never had any doubts when he was on scene knowing he was able to handle pretty much anything. To the Jones family, I am very sorry for your loss.
