of Rochester, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021. JoAnne was Pre-deceased by her husband George "Dutch" Harper. Mrs. Harper is survived by daughter, Beverly (George Zielinski) Harper, son, George (Bill) Harper, daughter, Karen (Robert) Thompson, sister, Margie (Gerry) Schmidt, brother, Ronald (Sharon) Schmeer. Six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
