Irondequoit: Friday, September 24, 2021 at age 75. Predeceased by his parents, Howard and Janet Bailey and his sister, Elaine Morgan. Tom is survived by his children, Christopher, Laura (Victor) Beherns; grandsons, Samuel and Jackson Beherns; former wife and friend, Kathleen Bailey and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to join the family Wednesday, September 29, 11:00 am at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) for his funeral service. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Suzanne's Comfort Care Home, Inc., 167 North Main Street, Perry, NY 14530.
