Arthur was one of the most fabulous hosts of the Rochester Area Foundation's signature events"Evening out at Home" always having 30 plus guests so graciously entertained. His living room at the First RPO Show House in 2000 was one of the most elegant and outstanding. He was truly one of a kind. Diana Lauria

Having known Arthur from his early days in Rochester, I'm saddened to learn of his passing. My brother, Frank Locurcio, was his partner, professionally and personally, in the 1970s, and I have wonderful memories of him from those days. Although he will be missed, it's a blessing that his suffering from failing health in recent years is over. I'd like to think Arthur and Frank, who stayed in touch over the years, are sharing their wicked senses of humor again in a better place.
