Gustav R. Apai II Irondequoit: Suddenly on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the age of 75. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Barbara Apai; daughter, Christine Apai; sister, Lynne (James) Lang; brother-in-law, Thomas Brockman. Gus worked at Kodak for over 34 years as a Research Chemist. He enjoyed reading, gardening, and golfing in his earlier years. His family will receive friends Friday, February 11, 4-6pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where his Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 12, 10:00 am. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Irondequoit Ambulance, 2330 Norton Street, Irondequoit, NY 14609.
