Geraldine A. DelMonache (Jeri)
Penfield: Went home to the Lord and to the Angels, on February 16, 2022. Predeceased by her brother, Richard "Dick" DelMonache. Jeri is survived by her loving daughter, Vicki Lee Titton; granddaughter, Sabrina Grace Titton; brother, Robert (Brenda) DelMonache; nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
No prior calling. Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday, February 26, 11:00 am at Holy Apostles Church for her Funeral Mass. Private interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to Webster Comfort Care, 700 Holt Road, Webster, NY 14580 in her memory. Arrangements Entrusted to Philip F. Profetta
