I am so very sorry to hear of Greggs passing, we cerainly had many good times together all if us back in the day. He was one of the nicest guys Ive ever known. Kathy im so sorry for your loss.

Gregg was a friend a mentor and an all around great guy as all of you know. He was quick to listen when you had an issue you needed to discuss. If you weren't talking Gregg was telling a great story. Amazingly his stories were pretty true but perhaps embellished a little. He was great at his public safety duties. He always represented 911 so well in court. As a result of his professionalism many criminals were convicted and hopefully it provided some closure to family members. I so enjoyed our 911 retiree luncheons with Gregg and all the others. Gregg was always talking about his trips to see family no matter where they were. I think all of us lived vicariously through him. He is going to be missed so much but all of us are better for having known such a good man. So sorry for you loss. John Merklinger
