Karen will always be a bright light in our family and remembered as the warmest and most beautiful person one could ever hope to meet. Her smile could warm a cold room and her presence was always comforting. Growing up close to her in our large tight knit family of cousins, I can't think of a time when I felt anything but joy being around her. She was an open book to talk to and always cared about how you were feeling above herself. I love the girl I grew up with and am certain everyone who knew her feels the same way. Godspeed Cuz...You own a special place in my heart and the hearts of many others. I can feel your warm hug from heaven and I know you are telling me it's ok...You're home now. I won't mourn your leaving. Rather, i will cherish the short time we spent together on this spinning ball. I love you.
