I am so sorry for your profound loss.
Rose and I became friends when we worked together at Eastridge. She treated all children she worked with like they were her own.
I did meet Millie and Mike but I feel like I know the rest of you. As she expressed to you she was so proud of each of you. Rose would share stories and show me photographs of your visits and many accomplishments. She would beam as she spoke of you. It was evident her love was unconditional and her support unwavering.
After I retired we lost touch but I always considered myself blessed when our paths crossed.
May you find joy in your now even more treasured memories. May you find comfort knowing that her bright light will continue to be celebrated on earth in the countless lives she touched. Guiding you as a guardian angel from heaven you give her eternal life as you pay her lessons forward to future generations. RIP
Godspeed,
Donna LaTour-Bergen
"As long as we can love each other, and remember the feeling of love we had, we can die without ever really going away. All the love you created is still there. All the memories are still there. You live on—in the hearts of everyone you have touched and nurtured while you were here." Morrie Schwartz
