Our deepest condolences to Tom’s family. His son, Dennis worked on the farm for us picking corn and baling hay during the summer months. Always so grateful for the parents who raised up such hard working sons.

Tom's passing gives me great sadness. I was shocked when a mutual friend contacted me on Monday to let me know. Tom was a good human being. I worked with him in many capacities over the years and always experienced his professionalism and care about his teams, colleagues and customers. His work was exemplary. We had many laughs and yes went through some huge challenges but he always stepped up and delivered in a quality manner. He was an outstanding example and raised the quality of those around him. No I didn't know him much outside of work but I knew enough about him that we was a fine person and the world is less today with his passing. On the other hand, I know he and the things he stood for lives on in the people he leaves behind. I know I am working a bit harder today to live up -- in my own life -- to the things I saw in him.
I cannot but imagine how his family is doing and trust they can find the strength to pass through these difficult times. I hope they can see what a positive impact Tom had on the world. What else is there?

Dear family and loved ones,
It is with great sadness and shock that the Eastridge Class of 1972 learned of Tom's sudden death. On Friday night we were celebrating our 50th reunion at The Union Tavern in Sea Breeze. We are so grateful we have those wonderful last memories of him and Tom of us. RIP
May even more treasured memories bring you joy. May you be comforted knowing that Tom's bright light will continue to shine on in all the lives he touched on earth. As a guardian angel he will always guide you from Heaven.
Know our class lifts you up in the healing light as you grieve your profound and sudden loss. You give Tom eternal life as you pay his lessons forward to future generations.
"As long as we can love each other, and remember the feeling of love we had, we can die without ever really going away. All the love you created is still there. All the memories are still there. You live on—in the hearts of everyone you have touched and nurtured while you were here." Morrie Schwartz-Tuesdays With Morrie

Brother Tom,
First, Happy Birthday ! I can't believe this has happened again. You took good care of yourself and tracked all the important stuff regarding your health. I guess God had a different plan out of everyone's control. Say hello to the family up there. You will be missed.
To my brother's family. I don't have words. New grandbabies that he will miss out on, So much good life to live. Can't make sense out of any of it. For your loss (and mine), I am sorry.
