I am so, so saddened by Tom's sudden passing. We worked closely together a number of times while he was at Xerox, and he was instrumental in my joining the Williamson Flying Club. I remember motorcyling from Henrietta to work at Webster on the back of his bike.
My thoughts, condolences, and prayers are with Yung Ran and all his family.

One morning years ago Tom popped into my office and says, "Ya gotta bike?" I replied, "I think so!" Tom says, "Bring it tomorrow we're going for a ride." Needless to say I brought it and Tom and I continued for many years to ride 1000's of miles together. I thank him for that time and experience. God Bless, Tom.

Tom was the guy with the bike! I remember him rallying folks to go for a ride after a long day of EMBA classes....I distinctly remember when Donna Schmidt (EMBA classmate) decided to ride with him and the fellas....it was a really long ride and she was so pooped by the end! Great memories. I am so sorry for your loss. I am thinking about the Beikirch family and keeping you in my prayers. I hope your greatest memories warm your heart during this difficult time.

I am SO sorry for your loss. Tom was on my team at the U of R. I really valued his patience and intelligence. Most of all, he had a passion for his family. Several times he invited us to the cottage. Each team member had sons (no daughters). So, when we got together, Yung Ran cooked and cooked and cooked. The boys went on the boat, jet skied and just had fun. It was clear Tom was not only a wonderful leader at work but of his family. He was such a giving person. He will be missed by all. Tom's family is in our prayers!!!
