Sunday, February 26, 2023. She was born March 2, 1926 in Chicago, Ill. Daughter of the late Earl and Mary Washburn, sister of the late Jack and James Washburn. She married George E Kunkel on Jan.18,1945 and he predeceased her Nov. 5, 1989. She is survived by her son George and his wife Kathleen, grandchildren Robert (Kimberly) Kunkel, Ellen (Steve) Fox, Dan (Oon) Kunkel, Diane Kunkel, Sheila (Zac) Callahan, great grandchildren Ryan, Connor, Owen Fox, Emily Kunkel, Ember and Lauryn Kunkel and Grayson Howe, several nieces and nephews. Our family is beyond blessed to have so many wonderful memories with her. She radiated positivity and to know her was to love her. Her kind, caring soul will be missed.
