Predeceased by her husband Stanley, her daughter Christine Riola. She is survived by her daughters Mary Fargo, Helen Lynch and Bill Klingler, Brother Richard (Greta) Bizio in Germany. Grandchildern Daniel (Madelynn) Budnik, Lorraine (Dewitt) Hoover, Allison Fargo, Alexander Riola, Michael Fargo, Joan Silver, 6 great grandchildren. Otylia was a retiree of Strong Hospital.

Friends may call at the funeral home 570 Kings Highway S. Thursday March 23,2023 from 4-7 PM. Please meet the family Friday morning at 10:00 at Saint Stanislaus Church where a mass of christan burial will be celebrated. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
