Hon. Andrew V. Siracuse

Penfield: Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the age of 94. Pre-deceased by his wife, Marie; daughter-in-law, Sara and brother, George (Prudence). He is survived by his beloved sons, Keith Siracuse, Kraig (Helen "CeCe") Siracuse, grandchildren, Andrea, Nicholas and Thomas Siracuse; loving companion, Gail Burgie; nephews, George (Mary) and Jeff (Peggy) Siracuse; niece, Joan (Heidi) Siracuse; many cousins, and dear friends.

The Hon. Andrew V. Siracuse (Ret.) was a justice of the Monroe County Supreme Court, first elected in 1974 and having served two full fourteen-year terms, he retired in 2004 and continued on the bench as a Judicial Hearing Officer. He received a J.D. at Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to joining the bench, he was a private practice attorney. After retiring from the bench, he returned to private practice. He was well respected by his peers and was elected to be a past president of the Association of Justices of the Supreme Court of the Sate of New York. He was a lifetime member of the Penfield-Perinton Kiwanis Club. His other memberships included the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Wayne County Bar Association.

Calling Hours will be held Friday April 21st 4:00pm-7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday, April 22nd at 10:00am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John The Evangelist Church for his Funeral Mass (553 Humboldt St.). Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
