Just missing you today. It's been a while since I heard your voice. the paraphrased words of a song run through my mind..."The things we take for granted, I don't understand..." Never take a day for granted. You were a beautiful soul, gone to soon. Godmother, I will never forget your love and your little kindnesses that always seemed to find the time to do...
Love

It doesn't seem real that I should see my sister's name to send a memorial, or to see in the paper or church bulletin.
One day you can be talking or texting and the next day you can be saying goodbye.
Always there for each other no matter what! Still wishing I could pick up the phone and ask what's going on?!
Until we meet again you are forever in our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers.
Love you forever.
Dianne and Karl

Barb and butterflies I will always remember. I met Barb during our time at IPD; she was a kind, delightful, lovely lady who dearly loved her daughters. I will fondly remember her with sincere sympathies to her family and friends.

Wen, Amy and Jody,
There are no words to express how much I will miss your mom, my "Mom Barb", but there are so many memories to make us all smile through the tears. One memory, that is actually hers, is one that she would bring up every time I came to Rochester for a visit. She would always say to Wen and me that her favorite memory was of the two of us, walking around the block, in our bathing suits with pool towels on our heads and wearing high heels. What a sight we must have been for her to remember that so fondly.
She was my second Mom, and I loved her as much. She made the best Pancakes and ohhhh those cherry squares. She was always running late. Loved to stay up and chat the night away. Would lock Wendy and me in the basement wrapping presents for Christmas (Amy and Jody you would bang on that basement door endlessly). And she was tough but loved you all so very much. Oh I will miss her!!! I wish you all peace knowing she is with loved ones that have passed before her. God has wrapped his arms around her welcoming her to heaven. And we all have a special angel watching over us forever.
Love you all - Your "Sister" Beth

To Jodi, Amy & Wendy,
I am so sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure working with Barb at IPD. It's so sad that she didn't get to spend that much time in retirement. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your families. May your mom rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies to all of Barb's family. We were friends for 23 years and worked together for 21. In that time I got to know one of the most kind hearted, funny, and smart woman ever. Her presence and friendship will be forever missed. Love you Barb.

I will never forget your Mom. I remember her running around with curlers in her hair when I came to babysit you girls. Those memories always make me smile. She was a wonderful baker and always willing to share her goodies. She had a kind heart. Always know that memories live in your heart forever.

I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Barbara. We met on FB as being extended family. It was easy to see she was a genuine caring soul. Loving her family deeply was apparent. My sincere condolences to her daughters and grandchildren.
