So sorry Cheryl to see your mother passed recently. Your mother was a great tenant and person. When you talk of cleanliness your right about her. She and Frank went to the cottage one weekend. So I told her I would take the ceiling down in the bathroom off the kitchen to put up a suspended ceiling to get at the pipes. I cleaned everything up and the kitchen counters. At 9:00 pm I got a call from her to come over to her side of the house. She reeked me out nicely and showed me her he dust, which I thought I took care of. She took care of it. I took $100 of her rent that month, I felt bad . She taught me what clean really is. We laughed after all that. I hope she went in peace. You take care and tell Matt I said hi and hope he stays safe.
