Red Creek: Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at age 51. Predeceased by his father, Robert Kulp, Sr.; brother-in-law, James Meeker, Sr. and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Gene is survived by his children; Brittany, Gene, Brandon, Kayli and Kara; mother, Joyce Kulp; Walt Murphy; grandchildren, Buggy, Serenity and Rylee; siblings, Cindy (Doug) Allen, Chris (Chrissy) Kulp, Nicole Kulp Meeker, Robert (Tiffany) Kulp, Jr.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew and cousins.

A Celebration of Life and Family will be held Sunday, September 17, 11:00am - 4:00pm at the Polish Home, Inc., 153 W 1st St S., Fulton, NY 13069.
