Obituary of Marianne S. Bouton

Webster: passed peacefully surrounded by family Wednesday January 3, 2024. She is predeceased by her husband, Donald, Marianne is survived by her son, Scott (Angela) Bouton; grandchildren, Erin and Nicholas Bouton; brother, Richard (Janice) Stephany; sister in-laws, Joan and Jean Bouton, dear friend Carol and Len Johnson, many cousins and friends. Marianne was an avid golfer and euchre player.

Marianne was employed by Eastman Kodak Company prior to her marriage. She and Donald were supporters of The Bishop Kearney Kings parents’ musical events and the band. She was a member of The Women’s Club of Webster, an avid euchre card player, and a prior member of Ontario Golf Club. Marianne was an Alpine skier in her younger years as a member of Hunt Hollow Ski club skiing six days a week. She enjoyed water skiing and relaxing on the lake at her parents’ cottage. She was very involved in the politics of Webster and was on the committee to elect Nelson Rockefeller for governor.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, January 7, 1-3pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, January 8, 10:30 am at St. Rita's Church for her Funeral Mass. Inurnment will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024 12:00 pm at Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice. If you are unable to attend the mass it will be live streamed at www.saintritawebster.org and click on the watch live button which will be available to watch for one week.
