Irondequoit: Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Predeceased by his parents, Norbert and Agnes Kolb and his sister, Sue Wagner. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Emily A. Kolb; son, Derek F. Kolb; daughter, Emily J. (Jeffrey M.) Blumer; grandchildren, Brigid C. Hildreth, Jacqueline R. Spratt, Wyatt T. Spratt; brothers, Jerry (Shirley) Kolb, Jim (Kim) Kolb; brother and sister's-in-law, Fred (Christy) Schrader, Jane (George) Chapman, JoAnn Coan and numerous nieces and nephews and special friend, Dave Bauman.

His family will receive friends Sunday, January 14, 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to join the family Monday, January 15, 10:30 am at Holy Cross Church for his funeral mass. Interment private at St. Joseph Cemetery.
