Rochester: Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the age of 62. Predeceased by her father, Robert J. Kellogg. Cindy is survived by her mother, Marie Kellogg; sisters, Stella (John) Aleman, Barbara (Marco) Merida; nieces and nephews, Cynthia (Ed) Masucci-Bunge, Nicholas (Lisa) Masucci, Marco (Brittany) Merida, Melody (Raven) Tritt, Krystal (Milo) Aleman-Unzueta and numerous great nieces and great nephews. Loving, generous and caring daughter, sister and auntie. She enjoyed life to the fullest and was compassionate to others.

Her family will receive friends Friday, January 26, 10:00 - 12:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where her funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed in Cindy’s name to Lipson Cancer Center at Rochester General Hospital, 1450 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621.
