Our Dad was an avid outdoors man. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, passing his love of the great outdoors on to the future generations. Our Dad also loved cooking; he would offer food to just about anyone who walked through his door. On most Fridays he would cook for his friends Jasper, Kenny, and Jimmy. When he wasn’t cooking, he took pride in his landscaping, mowing the grass, trimming the bushes, and feeding his birds.
Eddie worked at Strebs Steak House as a head chef for over 30 years and spent another 20 years in the Post office as a mail carrier. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all of their friends swim in his pool. But most of all he loved time with all his family.
Friends are invited to join the family Saturday, March 2, 11:00 am at St. Kateri at Christ The King Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
