Obituary of Jacqueline M. Burke Castillo

Jacqueline "Jackie" Burke Castillo, 59, passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2024 with her family by her side.  Born in Waterloo, NY, in 1965, she is survived by her loving husband, Ramon Castillo, and was a devoted mother to Sean M. Tanner, and step-mother to Grace Castillo.  Jackie was the beloved daughter of Michael T. and Carol S. Burke and the youngest of 3 children, Michael A. (Lisa) Burke, and Patricia (Lisa Barnhart) Burke.

Jackie approached life with great faith, compassion, and joy. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength that will be remembered forever.

Her family will receive friends Tuesday, March 26, 4:00-7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday, March 27, at Church of the Assumption in Fairport at 11:15 AM for her Funeral Mass. Private entombment Ascension Garden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society.
