Anna Kluzniak

Rochester: Anna passed peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband, Stefan. She is survived by her children, Zbigniew (Donna) Kluzniak, Renee (Sal Mangione) Kluzniak; grandchildren, Kristin, Angela, and David Kluzniak; great grandchildren, Elli and Adam Kluzniak; siblings, Ted (Halina) Toronczak and Helen Jensen.

A heartfelt thank you to all who cared for Anna, her many private caregivers, and the staff at St. Ann's Community. A special thank you to Doreen McGee for her love, compassion, and unwavering support through this caregiving journey.

Anna was the rock of our family. She was always there ready to help. She was fiercely independent, resilient, and determined. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Her family will receive friends Tuesday, April 23, 11:30am - 12:30pm at the Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Highway So.) where her Funeral Service will follow at 12:30pm. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Ann's Foundation at St. Ann´s Community, 1500 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621.
