Lesia and family. Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss. Walter and I grew up together in Utica, NY, and Walters mother was m Godmother. When I seen Walter’s picture, I can’t tell you how much it saddened me. Those that knew Walter knew that he was a fantastic volleyball player. A little less know fact is that Walter was a very good basketball player and use to shoot a great game of pool. Walter and I spent a lot of hours playing basketball just up the road from his old house. I can’t imagine how many hours we spent playing pool at various pool halls. Memories, way too many to mention. I enjoyed seeing Walter at various social events and reminiscing, but the one memory that stands out was seeing Walter interacting with his adult children and able to see his love for them. Vichnaya Pamyat my friend, until we see each other again.
