Obituary of Alexander C. Johnson

Irondequoit- Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the age of 91. Alex is predeceased by his brother, Richard. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Virginia; sons, Alexander (Laurie) Johnson, William (Joanne) Johnson, Christopher (Vicky) Johnson, Dan (Heather) Johnson, Peter (Tania) Johnson; grandchildren, Alexander (Gabriella), Hannah (Henry), Kathleen (Nicholas), Nicholas (Tabitha), Elizabeth (Derek), Allison (Nathan), Stephanie (Jacob), Samantha (Patrick), Ryan, Aaron, Leigha, Marusch, Sherazade, Sindbad, Zelda and Xamanek; great-grandchildren, Ferris, Miles, Levi, Parker and Loving Uncle “Uncle Dad” to Betty (Donnie) Licht and Mark (Teresa) Johnson.   

His family will receive friends Friday, July 26, 4-7 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday, July 27, 11:00 a.m. at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to The Fund For BK ( Bishop Kearney)
