Rosemary L. Pilato (Lockwood)

Irondequoit: Surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Pre-deceased by her husband, Robert; daughter, Vicki Marie; parents, Frank and Mary Lockwood; brothers, John and Richard. She is survived by her dearly loved children, Brian (Sarah-Elizabeth) Pilato, Jodi (Pilato) Grillo, Charles Pilato; step-son, Robert (Carla) Pilato; grandchildren, Noah, Ava, and Michael, Gavin and Cameron; sister, Peggy (Lance) Bowen; several dear nieces and nephews.

Rose was a lifelong resident of Irondequoit and retired from the Town Hall in 2007 to help raise her grandchildren. She loved and welcomed all with open arms and an open heart.

Calling hours will be held Monday, August 5 from 4-7pm at Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Highway So.). Please join the family Tuesday, August 6, 10am at St. Margaret Mary Church (401 Rogers Pkwy) for her Funeral Mass. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Alzheimers Assoc., 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
