Obituary of Amy K. Prok

Irondequoit: Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the age of 61. Predeceased by her father Bruce Collins. Amy is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Hans, children, Katherine Prok and her fiance Christopher Varley, and Jeffrey Prok, mother, Erica Collins, brothers, Kevin (Barbara), Michael (Debbie), John (Natalie), and Bruce (Trish) Collins, sisters, Mary (Paul) Brenner, Patricia (David) Quinn, Cecelia (Robert) Sheridan, sister-in-law, Rita (Wesley) Hunter, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Amy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, and teacher. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her strong and beautiful spirit will be with us always. Her family will receive friends Tuesday 4:00pm-7:00pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday 10:00am at Blessed Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church for her funeral mass. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Pluta Cancer Center, 125 Red Creek Drive, Rochester, NY 14623.
