Prince, Robert E.
Henrietta: Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the age of 83. Pre-deceased by his wife of 54 years Ann Desino Prince, grandson, Daniel Hollowell, brothers, Kenneth & Gordon Prince and his sister Monica Rothbauer. Robert is survived by his loving children, Deborah (Peter) Kiley, Marsha Eckert and Rob (Renee) Prince, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, beloved brothers, Richard (Christine), Bernard and Gordon Prince, sister, Lorraine (Neil) Fichtner, many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Robert was a Marine Corps. Veteran of WW II who served his country in the Pacific Theater, he later retired from Davenport Machine Tool after 42 years of dedicated service and was also a professional drummer in the Rochester area for many years.
The family wishes to extend a warm thank you to the staff and caregivers at Interlakes Oncology & Hematology and the Latta Road Nursing Home A for their wonderful care.
His family will receive friends Tuesday 2:00 - 4:00pm & 7:00 - 9:00pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday at Guardian Angels Church for his funeral mass.
