Obituary of Richard E. Conway

(Irondequoit): Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at age 82. Richard is predeceased by his brother, Gerald Conway. Mr. Conway is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Phyllis Conway; children, Kevin (Susan) Conway, Kathleen Piccolo & Susanne Fabian; grandchildren, Michelle (Greg) Harding, Joseph (Sheena) Conway, Kevin Fabian & Katherine Fabian; great grandchild, Jack Harding; sister, Joyce (Horace) Sherman; brother, Kenneth (Patricia) Conway; sister-in-law, Dawn Conway; several nieces & nephews; many dear friends. Richard is a retired Army veteran, who served his country proud during the Korean War. He retired from Regional Transit Corporation after 37 years of service. Richard will always remain a devoted Yankee fan. His family will receive friends FRIDAY August 5, 11:00am - 1:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his memorial service will be held FRIDAY August 5, 1:00 PM.
