(Rochester): Monday, August 1, 2011 at age 58. Robert is predeceased by his parents, Robert & Jean MacDonald. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Karen MacDonald; daughter, Alison MacDonald Bhalla; grandchildren, Jacob & Evangeline Grace; brothers & sisters, Terrie (Edward) Cohn, Dale (Alan) Brandon, Denise (Constant) Simmons, & Scott (Nancy) MacDonald; mother-in-law, Jennie Slade; brothers-in-law, Martin (Linda) Slade & Kevin Slade; several nieces, nephews; & many dear friends. Robert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, golfing, and boating.
His family will receive friends THURSDAY 4:00 - 6:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his memorial service will be held THURSDAY 6:00 PM.
