He is survived by his wife of nearly 71 yrs., Rose; children, Clif, Mark and Janice (Larry) Deane; grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Sister Mary Teresita Williams; brother, Jerry (Dorothy) Williams; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings, Emory E. and Rosie Williams. Mr. Williams was a 1977 Eastman Kodak Co. retiree. Calling hours 4-7 PM Friday only at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings Highway South.
