Sofia, Nunziata "Nancy" Irondequoit: Entered into rest Tuesday December 20, 2011 at the age of 90. Pre-deceased by her husband Joseph, parents, Annarella and Gaetano Marianetti, siblings, Jennie D'Allesandro, Mamie Bianchi, Tina Sofia and Patsy Marianetti and Virginia Manzoni. Mrs. Sofia is survived by her son, Carmen(Jeanette) Sofia, daughter, Michele(Nick) Mesh, grandchildren, Joseph(Sandy) Sofia, Michael(Jackie) Sofia, Dina(Richard) Aman, Nicholas(Maia) Mesh, Christopher(Jennifer) Mesh, 13 great grandchildren, brothers, Ralph(Grace) Marianetti, Cousti(Mary Jane) Marianetti, Tim(Margaret) Marianetti, sister, Agnes Crane, sisters-in-law, Isabel Sofia, Carmella Natale, Sue(Leonard) Morrell, many loving nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends Thursday 3:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Friday 11:00 am at Blessed Kateri at Christ the King Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
