Obituary of June A. Driscoll

Irondequoit: Monday, November 28, 2011at age 84. Pre-deceased by her husband James R. Driscoll and children Marianne Cardona & John Driscoll. Mrs. Driscoll is survived by her daughter Jane Driscoll and son Paul Driscoll ( Sophia Tsai); grandchildren, Celeste MacElrevey (Jason Roper), also Parker Driscoll, Teresa Cardona Wilson (Anston), Aaron Martinez & Tara Atkins (Chris), great grandchildren Brooklyn & Memphis; her brother George Spindler (Marianne), their children Marty, Michele & Linda and families; and other cherished relatives. June graduated from Our Lady of Mercy High School and St. Mary's School of Nursing as part of the U.S. Cadet Nursing Corp. program during W.W.II. During her working life she was an R.N. with her final position lasting many years with the Monroe County Jail. June had a great sense of humor and a wonderful group of friends. Calling hours are Monday 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Tuesday 9:30 A.M. at Christ The King Church for her memorial mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
