LoVetro, Samuel M. Irondequoit: Monday, March 26, 2012. Devoted husband of Phyllis (Indiano) LoVetro of 57 years, Beloved father of Donna (Dominic) Cordello, Samuel Jr. (Arline), William (Marie), Daniel (Jeanine) LoVetro; Loving Papa to Vanessa, Dominic Jr. and Daniel Cordello, Joseph LoVetro, Kristen (Jose) Lopez, Gina (Adam) Thompson, William Jr. (Shelby) ,Samuel, Sheri, Michelle and Maria LoVetro.great grandpa to Kinley Lopez, Anthony LoVetro, Ava and Dominic Thompson, Joey and Luca LoVetro; brother of Anne Colucci and Rose Marie (Tootsie) Sconfitto; brother in law of Anthony Indiano; favorite uncle Sam to many nieces and nephews, also survived by many cousins and friends. Sam was fittingly born on April 1st. He loved life and especially loved to make people smile and laugh, but above all Sam loved his family and was a gift to all who knew him. He was a decorated Veteran of the Korean War and a recipient of the Purple Heart. In memory of Sam's giving spirit, the family requests that you perform a random act of kindness in his memory. His family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-8:00pm at the Funeral Home, 570 Kings Highway South. On Thursday please join his family at Spiritus Christi Church at 11:00am for his Funeral Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
