Irondequoit: Saturday, May 26, 2012. Pre-deceased by his wife, Evelyn; sister & brothers in law, Dorothy & Charles Lembach, Thomas O'Reilly; great nephew, Christopher Barnard. Jack is survived by his sister, Virginia O'Reilly; many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
