Obituary of Joseph G LeVasseur

LeVasseur, Joseph G Rochester; at the young age of 83, passed away July 5, 2012, from a short struggle with Cancer. Joseph lived most of his life in Rochester. He served his country at a very young age as a Merchant Marine and continued by joining the Army Air Corps. in 1947 during WWII. He served his country with great pride. He is predeceased by his infant son Joey LeVasseur. He is survived by his children, Melinda, Noelle , Gina, Joey, and Stevie; grandchildren, Melena and Nick; son-in-law, John and many relatives and friends. Joe, "Pops" or "Papa" as we call him will be deeply missed and never forgotten by his family and friends. He will remain in our hearts thoughts and prayers forever.
