Obituary of Charles Ivar Tollefson

Tollefson, Charles Ivar Phd. Irondequoit: Thursday, April 11, 2013. Peacefully at home at age 94. Pre-deceased by his wife Eileen, special friend Joyce Taylert, brothers; Torie & Eric, sister; Grace, sisters-in-law; Mary Rawson Tollefson and Fern Craig Tollefson. Mr. Tollefson is survived by his children; Lars (Holly) Tollefson of Minden, NV. & Ingrid (Rick) Quinn, 4 grandchildren; Andrew, Timothy & Matthew Tollefson, Thomas (Elizabeth) Quinn, 2 brothers; Edwin (Fran) Tollefson of Victoria, B.C., Roy Tollefson of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, sisters-in-law; Jean Andrews Tollefson & Margaret Peat Tollefson, also several nieces, nephews & great nieces & nephews. Ivar was a retiree of R.T. French Co. with 25 years of service and a consultant with Pillsbury Potato Division in Idaho. His family will receive friends SATURDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his memorial service will be at 7:00 PM. Interment Private.
